While working on Rosetta 2.0 in early 2023, some phet-specific dependencies were added to the Rosetta server-side code, specifically on the chipper and perennial-alias libraries. The SHAs for these dependencies haven't been updated in over a year, and they are not automatically updated on redeployments (as sims are). I should update them to the current versions of these repos, verify that things still work, and deploy this to the main and test servers (phet-server2 and phet-server-dev, respectively).
For reference, in case I need to back this out, the SHA of Rosetta that was running just prior to updating Rosetta and dependencies to the latest version is: 6d8dce20edd10a3de52549cd4a4c83197e9b85ff.
