MenuItem cannot include Font Awesome 5's checkSolidShape #909

Sun is MIT licensed, and thus presumably should not be referencing CC-BY icon data.

Thoughts on a replacement?

I commented in https://github.com/phetsims/scenery-phet/issues/883#issuecomment-2445658494, will something in https://heroicons.com/micro or FA 4 work? Or we can draw our own.
