Readme makes it seem like twixt is a work in progress #32

While helping an open-source contributor he commented that "The twixt readme uses the future tense, as if it's still aspirational". I agree with this assessment. Additionally it refers users to Tween.js which seems less than ideal. I think we should fix this, especially in light of the number of open source contributors we would like to attract.
