Glitchy audio on Win XP Chrome #4

First noticed this when testing John Travoltage release candidate on Win XP machine, so tried BAA, and found the 'ding' sound (in the game) to be glitchy too.

Discussed this in the 5/28/2015 developer meeting, and we no longer support XP. This issue doesn't manifest on Win 7 and Chrome. Closing.
