Should CheckBoxGroup instead use VerticalCheckBoxGroup? #29

VerticalCheckBoxGroup has the following note: TODO: not ready for use in simulations, it will need further development & discussion first.

VerticalCheckBoxGroup is used in production in several sims and fine to use, but in the future it should be replaced by a scenery, scenery-phet or sun layout manager.
