With low tension the first point does not keep up with the wrench #41

Test device: Mac Book Pro Operating System: OS X 10.9 Browser: Chrome 31.0.1650.63 Problem description: With tension at its minimum and "Manual" formation of a wave selected, the first particle component of the string does not move with the wrench simultaneously as opposed to "Oscillate" and "Pulse". Where in the case of "Oscillate" and "Pulse" the first particle moves with their device.

Tested for 0.0.0-dev.4

Realized that this was not tested on 0.0.0-dev.4. Tested on 0.0.0-dev.2. Issue is not present in 0.0.0-dev.4

May actually be a performance issue. Issue is still present in 0.0.0-dev.4, but not to the extent of 0.0.0-dev.2. Reopening.
