Consider adding a significant digit for the amplitude? #57

Since now the default is 0.75 to match the ruler, it displays as 0.8. This can be visually identified both with the rulers as being "off", since the ruler is actually more precise than the readout.

It also is a bit weird to drag the slider for maybe ~7 pixels and have the readout not change. Maybe we should have it snap to 0.1s, and start at 0.8 (off-center).

Also reduce tweakers to a fine control.
