Brighten Red in Wrench Handle #83

Adjust the color of the wrench. Make it brighter, maybe matching the red in the string.

Wrench has been updated with input from Kathy. Illustrator file has been sent to @jonathanolson and @ariel-phet. Reassigning to @ariel-phet for review.
