This was left out of the design doc, but on the Pulse mode, instead of Frequency we should have Pulse Width like the original simulation (http://phet.colorado.edu/sims/wave-on-a-string/wave-on-a-string_en.html). It should include units (in cm), and have approximately the same range as in the original simulation.
Please let us know if we should update the design doc, or how this should be handled.
