The color defaults (e.g. white for field values) are meant to work against a dark colored background. It would be good to have a simple flag to invert many of the color choices to work against a white background, something like --color --dark or --color-dark.
What flag name makes sense? whitebg? I think "light" and "dark" can be confusing, it's not clear if you are specifying you want light/dark colors or that you have a light/dark background. Maybe --color --invert?
