level solver #4

I think 2 files are missing from the current version. get_displacements wasn't running until i copied them from a previous version. level_solver.mexmaci64 level_solver.mexw64

Hi Miles, I think all you have to do is to run set_path to compile the mex files! Best wishes, Philipp
