Customizer Option: Radio Button to toggle Breadcrumbs #13

I think it should a site wide option of whether or not breadcrumbs should display.

Hmm, my thought would be to keep them mandatory because breadcrumbs are such an important part of structured data.

We can keep this open for other thoughts, but I'd say we coast on it as-is for now and see if we run into issues.
