Merge changes from R 4.2.1 with po filers R 4.4.0 #12

@ChristianWia We have now changes in the po files for R 4.2.1 and the new versions for R 4.4.0 that do not include them. We should merge both versions in the R 4.4.0 folder.

I have worked on files RGui-fr.po and R-fr.po manually in R440: translated new strings + checked for the R421 strings (6 and 4 respectively for both files) which were already put in R440 + global reread of both files. I have still git notion pb with branches and cancels so R440 is ok to start working and R421 must be at the last level as of Philippe this afternoon (nothing new there). Sorry for the R421 sac de noeuds on branches but clean my tests there if they are redundant/inconsistent. Thanks. Christian.
