Installing without editing boot.img? #73

Is it possible to install this without having to mess with boot.img? I am trying to flash this on a LeapFrog Epic as I was looking for a safe and up to date alternative to SuperSU. Attempting to install this via TWRP results in an error, presumably due to issues with the boot image.
