Add the Overlay for Huawei JKM #744

Add the Overlay for Huawei JKM, the test model is JKM-LX2, it works well. Other models should work as long as they are JKM.This commit fixes many bugs.

Unless you target specifically Android 10/11/12 ROMs, please post it to https://github.com/trebledroid/vendor_hardware_overlay
