Calculate similarities fail when your activity contain Nans #201

Hi,

I have obtained some fails going to the space in prompt to gui when you have your activity with Nans. In prompt you obtain the similarities but when you want to visualizate in the GUI you obtain a fail and the Gui is not working for this situation.
