`action_export` exports models in current dir #50

This could be problematic since flame will be working in numerous environments. Isn't it better to put the exported .tar in the model folder itself?

This is more problematic in the web service because if the user is running it locally he gets two .tar on his PC, the downloaded and the original in the flame directory
