Add documentation for various help text options #13

To have all available help options in one place there is now a menu option Forms->Help Texts which lists all possible help text options including twitter tooltip and popover.

now that you've included the help_label_popover and help_label_tooltip what about this PR? Should I add something or are you busy ATM rebuilding your page? Could I help out?
