A context menu would have a lower interaction cost for adding/removing commands from the ribbon when compared to the same workflow going to the plugin settings menu.
Current workflow: (1) click settings, (2) scroll to customizable sidebar tab in plugin options, (3) click customizable sidebar tab to open settings page, (4) click to toggle command on/off or click to add command
Workflow with context menu:
(1) right click icon in ribbon (context menu appears), (2) click 'remove' in context menu, command removed from ribbon
(1) right click empty space in ribbon (context menu appears), (2) click add command in context menu, (3) select command from command selection modal (could be styled into a custom menu later to make flow quicker)
