Description of the request
It will be interesting to have an option to add a button only on mobile, only on PC, and on the two.
Why?
Sometimes, plugin and commands doesn't work or even exists on mobile, and the button take place and do nothing. For example, in my case, I use shell commands to run some bash script. But, on mobile, it's obviously impossible, and the plugin is not activated. But, the button exists!
The customizable page headers do that, so it will be cool to have the same thing with customizable sidebar.
