[Bug] My Newly Added commands disappears the second time I load obsidian

it is my settings:

it is how it shows (not showing the two top commands):

if I delete commands and add them again and reboot the obsidian it get fixed but on the next closing and opening they disappear again

Can you please take a look at the console for errors? You can open it with ctrl + shift + i

I found that they are not shown in the bottom bar (not sure what it is called). really weird:
