Key improvements:

Centralized configuration with new config.py
Added utility functions in utils.py for common operations
Improved project structure and organization
Added proper error handling and logging
Implemented API key validation
Standardized agent creation with factory functions
Added main.py as central entry point
Enhanced .gitignore for better version control
Improved code reusability with common configurations
Added type hints for better code maintainability
Organized imports and dependencies
Added proper documentation and docstrings

Technical changes:
