For WH2650: Adding model name and weather station communication frequency datapoint #46

I added structs to create datapoint for "model" and "freq" into the channel info. Since the datapoints will go into the channel "weather.current" per default I also modified the channel creation for the datapoints.

Let me know if this is (not) the right approach.
