feature-request: add query-parameter for fullscreen #20

It'd be very nice to have a query-parameter to suppress the configuration menu.

This parameter would be helpful if bup-screens are added to a playlist like in PiSignage (https://pisignage.com/).

This is parameter is already present: nosettings
