We could set up a CI/CD pipeline and expose a YAML file which holds references to all github projects that are associated with SoS 2020 and every team could then just add their own info on their project (and maybe links to screenshots) and do a simple PR. This YAML file would then be consumed by some simple frontend code and populate a designated html document with the newly added info. And since we'd hae CI/CD setup we would have to actually do nothing more than updating the YAML file regularily via PRs.
