Update crossbeam and pc_keyboard #1321

crossbeam and pc_keyboard have had breaking changes, I figured it'd be helpful to keep them up-to-date in the blog so if people want to use the latest versions they won't get stuck. Also, it's my first time doing a pull request and I think I messed up so I closed the old one, my apologies if I did something wrong.
