A new __utils__.py utility module within CLOVER would bring several benefits:
The ability to save the output of the code could be moved to a new utils module. This would then be accessed by the main flow of the code, without the user needing to dive into the Energy_System() class or module;
Having a utils module also clears up dependency issues and prevents them from arising as all classes only hook into the utils module and there is no risk of circular dependencies arising;
Other code, such as unit conversion, could be moved here as well;
The module also provides benefits for future utility functions to be easily implemented and managed in one place.
