Multiprocessing for Renewables.Ninja fetch #43

CLOVER currently sleeps to avoid being locked out of the Renewables.Ninja API provided when fetching solar-resource profiles. In order to avoid this time being taken up, the fetching of solar profiles will be moved into a parallel thread so that CLOVER can carry out other tasks while this is going on.
