No context-menu for favorites #202

Since 17-RC3 no ability to open a context-menu in favorites to resort or delete favorites on my Nvidia Shield.

that's a core issue, nothing a skin can fix. If you want to rearrange, click the "favourites" main menu item, which opens the default favs dialog which then will have the context menu.
