Can't log in #8

Hi - I've followed setup instructions carefully however am unable to login to my ZenPhoto site from Lightroom.

The plugin has been installed correctly into Lightroom 4.3 and the zp-lightroom folder copied to the plugins folder of the ZenPhoto site. I've checked permissions on the folder - 755 which should be fine for writing.

After enabling the publishing service in Lightroom, I enter my admin user name and password and click the login button. There are no error messages yet the status remains 'Not logged in' I can put any string in the user name and password field and I get the same outcome so obviously there is no communication happening between Lightroom and my ZenPhoto site.

If however I enter an incorrect web address I get an error message.

Let me know what further info I might provide to help troubleshoot this.

So far you done everything correctly..

I need:

  1. OS
  2. Zenphoto version 3 Debug log (please removed any password info from the debug log for security reasons.
  3. Are you running branch 3.0.2

OS - Windows 7 Ultimate Zenphoto version 1.4.4.3 Downloaded your latest yesterday - its 3.0.2 -

BTW the lightroom plugin name in your zip download is incorrectly named zp-publisher-lrplugin instead of zp-publisher.lrplugin - not sure if this is intentional

Where do I look for the Debug log file - I've set it in the plug in manager

It will be in your "my documents"
