e.g. In GitHub I want to disable t so that GutHub's fuzzy search system will not be overridden, however it seems that not only is t now not newtab it's also not activating GitHub's fuzzy search.

Vimium: latest version available at time of posting. Uninstalled due to this bug.

Probably already know but you can just press it as a temporary workaround instead of needing to uninstall.

Did you set pattern to https?://github.com/* and passKeys to t ?
