Scrolling not smooth when using `u` after a single `j` #2362

From the top of a page, press j. This will scroll down by a little amount. Then when I press u, it doesn't move up smoothly unlike when I'm well down below and press u).

It is smooth, @adtac, it's just considerably faster (because it thinks it has further to go). I'm not sure that's worth "fixing".
