The problem of cursor focus when I using chrome #2991

When I using chrome in win10 with opened too many tabs, chrome will automatically dormant some tabs, when I get back to these tabs, it will automatically refresh, focus the cursor in the address bar, I need to press F6 first before I can use vimium.Is this a bug?

I believe this is utterly a Chrome behavior, as extensions usually cannot interact with Omnibox (address bar).

Anyone want to help confirming: go to chrome://discards to manually discard a tab then switch to it. (without Vimium, of course)
