Parenthetical remarks in IPA Actual not parsed by Phon #2

Parentheticals indicating orthography of child's production from original data appear in IPA Actual and are flagged in Phon "Check Sessions".

Example: ("θʌŋɡʊ(thundeɹ)").

These should be located and removed, parenthetical contents should replace IPA Target for that record.

One exception in 2919 GFTA Pre, record 2: "th(incompletetɹanscɹiption)" This record should be removed.
