Add profile and settings page for users

There's a collection of configuration options that should happen at the per-user level, and there should be a page (or pages) for a user to manage all of these.

Ideas for what to capture on such a page:

• profile settings, like email, username, password first/last name.
• email sending settings
• integrations with other sites
• api tokens
• outstanding invitations
