Integrate with Trello for task assignment #15

As a user, I want to assign contact tasks to other users who share my book. Rather than building a task-management system into Logtacts, I would rather create tasks in a trello board.

So, an initial version of this shipped with 6ca31122063771355b9f00b96b59c5cad65686e6, and I'm going to call it closed for now. A user can create a trello card from the contact page, and then they could click into the card to assign it.
