Critical bug: Video playing at wrong speed, out of sync with audio #46

On some videos, the video plays back slower than the audio. It's very noticeable, and after about 5 seconds lip sync is lost. The difference is about 10%. When you seek forward or backward, the video is in sync with audio again, but it's still at the wrong speed, so it loses sync again. This is a serious issue.

I've not experienced this before so an example of a video that does this would be very helpful. Actually in truth essential.

It's likely that the video plugin is at fault here so I'll need to identify the issue and ask them. I keep the video plugins up to date and they've just released an update so maybe that will change things.

A link to a video that does this and which video paths are affected would be very useful here.

I'm trying to find a video to reproduce this, but the ones I can reproduce this on I can't send to you because they're private, and ones that can be downloaded off the internet don't reproduce it.
