Playlist: UI should be better #49

The playlist should have a separate UI. It should be a separate top tab in the Settings window, and there should be a button in each "alternate gui" that opens it directly. It should be in the same row of buttons as the file browser, but it should not be next to it, to avoid confusion.

Maybe you could in fact put the playlist UI as a tab in the file browser, and not in the Settings window. That way it would be easily accessible with the same shortcut button / controller button as the file browser.

Edit - Make the delete more understandable.
