After #53 is implemented, add this:
Add hover animations on file previews. This means that as you move your mouse / pointer across the thumbnail, you cycle through multiple frames as you move the mouse horizontally through the tile, like you get on social video sites.
If the mouse cursor is not moving at all, or if focus was moved to the tile using a controller dpad or keyboard arrows, start cycling the video preview at 1 frame per second.
The video should have about 5 previews spaced out equally across the video. The first screen capture should be a minute after the start (this precludes stuff like opening credits etc from appearing).
The screen captures should always be stored at max size, and only scaled down once they are being shown in the browser.
