Incomplete feature: Playlist does not display currently playing file #70

If you play files from a playlist, the currently playing file is not highlighted in any way. When you open the playlist menu, if a file is currently playing from the playlist, two things should happen:

  1. the currently playing file should be highlighted
  2. the playlist should scroll so the currently playing file is in view
