Feature: Settlement Status #88

It would be convenient to have the game count the following and output it in the same pane with the settlements:

Total Food Available Total Energy Available Actions until Next Settlement Phase

I like it! Maybe we could put features like these in a "premium" mode for donors who donate to a kickstarter campaign in order to raise funds to pay an artist?

I'm a function over form guy, so I think your art is just fine. It would be great to see original professional artwork in the app though.

By the way, my logging this issue a few minutes after I completed a test game where the Green player ended up with 30 food and 2.5 energy is a complete coincidence, I assure you.

Coded changes and committed to settlement-status branch - but I'm not ready to push to master yet. Still need to add the code to turn on/off based on a property. More local testing is needed especially on the two-player board modes.
