Don't unload tabs when there's no internet connection #56

BarTab is EXCELLENT, and it really works for my memory! Though, as I go on the train a lot, there are some sites that I need to refer back to when I don't have a connection, but BarTab's already unloaded them and I can't get them back.

Can you add an option to check for an internet connection first, before unloading? Thanks!
