Can't move back to first page #60

On some sites, mostly forums, the back button is disabled the first time you click a link when 'don't load background tabs' is set. An example of a problematic site is http://userscripts.org

I'm having the same problem; it's off and on depending on several variables. See issue #70 for more detailed info.

The bug occurs when loading a 'foreground tab' with the 'don't load background tabs' setting being used. If you initially open a blank tab so that the website loads into that tab (forcing the page not to load in a new foreground tab), you'll see that the bug doesn't happen.
