Allow whitelisting subdirectories of domains #63

Would it be possible to allow whitelisting of http://www.youtube.com/user/qwerty017 while still keeping the general domain http://www.youtube.com blacklisted?

Yes, that's what we're trying to achieve with wildcards. See issue #31.
