DataSpaces-as-a-Service IB version unregistration bug #8

While client de-registers, it is stuck. Master client cannot quit, so other clients hang due to the client side barrier.

Tong, what commit closes this bug? Also, has this been integrated with @mfatihaktas IB layer?

I just committed the code. That is separated with Mehmet's work.
