Support milight white bulbs #42

Milight also offers dual white bulbs. node-milight-promise supports them. This needs UI changes, since they (obviously) have no color setting, and only 'brightup' and 'brightdown'.

I am currently working on it. It rquires UI changes to make it a proper solution.

Would be nice if it was possible to do the same for Yeelight, which also exist only in white.
