Expose a slides abstraction that can't be modified.

Slides
- A collection of Slide
- Has some linq/search stuff on it (for searching the interior of slides e.g. tags, text, etc)
- Arg to start
Slide
- Should be an arg to goto.
- tags
Content
- API for creating/finding slide content
- Support for web, image, video search with embed.ly through bing
- Support for html and text insertion

Will need to hack up impress.js to hotload/reload from a data structure or something... The switch to jmpress removed the need to hack up impress (woohoo!)
