Adds code-style format to the numbers for the maneuver speeds, fixing the offsets created by the numbers, meaning the maneuver emojis are aligned perfectly with each other top to bottom.

I also added the purple movement key for the Actis, this was a single line addition that allows the ship maneuvers to be displayed.
