Add scenario picker and generic die roller

• allow users to roll X-sided die
• allow users to pick a scenario at random
• help tests removed as they are of low value and hard to maintain
• "roll a d20" test removed as testing random output is difficult
• future improvement would be to check test output of random functions using regular expressions. This can be done when/if tests are overhauled
