Blacklist devices #425

Thanks for this great tool!

I have feature suggestion it like to ask to consider implementing. There is a pair of Google Nest Audio speakers setup in my home as a stereo pair. This works fine for most applications and shows up as a single speaker.

AirConnect however shows the standalone devices as well as the stereo pair device (see attached) which is a bit confusing. I would like a way of blacklisting certain devices or not showing individual speakers from a speaker pair if that is possible.

Sorry, I just found a way of doing this by editing the xml config file that was not mentioned in the Readme.

By setting <enabled>1</enabled> to <enabled>0</enabled> for each of the devices, I can remove them from showing up.
